The Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a points-based permanent residency visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian state or territory government. This visa allows you to live and work permanently in Australia and include eligible family members in your application. If you receive a nomination from a state or territory and meet the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to apply for the visa.
Who can apply for the 190 Visa?

- Have a positive skills assessment in an eligible occupation
- Have competent English (e.g., IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
- Have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) and received an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
- Meet health and character requirements
- Meet the minimum 65 points requirement on the points test.
