Code of Conduct

Under Australian law, a person who wishes to operate as a Migration Consultant or Agent must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Our Migration Agents are registered with OMARA which is responsible for administering the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct is intended to regulate the conduct of Migration Agents. Registered Migration Agents are required to demonstrate good character as well as competency in the provision of Australian immigration advice.
Provision for a Code of Conduct for migration agents is set out in Section 314 of the Migration Act 1958 and is prescribed in Schedule 2, Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.
