You might be eligible for this visa if you:
- Are the primary holder of a State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 165).
- Have lived in Australia for at least a total of 2 of the 4 years immediately before you apply under the Subclass 165.
- Meet business requirements. To meet these requirements, you, or you and your partner together must, have held a designated investment of $750,000 for at least 4 years, have a genuine and realistic commitment to continue business or investment activity in Australia and have never been involved in unacceptable business activities.
- Must be sponsored by the state or territory authority in the region which you met the residence requirement of staying at least 2 years.
- Meet health and character requirements. All other secondary applicants must also meet health and character requirements.
